Untraced or uninsured drivers

If you are injured by an untraced (hit and run) driver or a driver who does not have insurance, you need to be given specialist advice about the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB). The MIB is an organisation that was set up by motor insurers in order to compensate people injured by uninsured or untraced drivers. Please bear in mind that if you were hit by a hit and run driver, it is very important to contact the police as soon as possible.

This is a specialist area of personal injury law and we will be happy to provide initial advice free of charge.

We specialise in making these claims which can sometimes be very difficult.
